HelloFresh ‘The Windmill’ at SmartParc

A huge facility to house HelloFresh as the first tenant at SmartParc. HelloFresh’s brand new facility will form part of SmartParc’s sustainable and efficient energy-sharing food business park model.

Charlie Bigham’s New Production Facility

Winner – Building of the Year at RIBA South West Awards 2018. Charlie Bigham wanted to create a unique and sustainable kitchen facility’. We sourced the site and developed the detailed design. As well as construction, we carried out equipment coordination, installation and commissioning.

McCormick EMEA New UK Manufacturing Site

TSL completed a full capacity model to understand heating and cooling loads. We specified new technologies to support the reduction in onsite energy including heat pump technology to reuse heat from refrigeration systems.

Samworth Brothers New Production Facility

A new greenfield sandwich facility designed in a phased manner to be delivered over a number of years. Our team worked with them to develop a design as well as supporting with planning submission and cost plans. Equipment coordination and installation were also part of this construction project.

Greencore Sandwich Facility

Greencore is the world’s largest maker of sandwiches. TSL provided full design services, cost plans, commissioning, coordinated and installed all equipment and led the planning submission process.

Adelie New Distribution Facility

Adelie’s challenge was to meet a specified deadline for the dispatch of ready-to-eat sandwiches. We completed the fit out of an existing warehouse to a chilled ready distribution specification. We developed the detailed design for the fit out including all mechanical and electrical works.

HelloFresh New Picking Facility

TSL completed the fit out of an existing warehouse to meet the requirements of HelloFresh’s first owner occupied UK picking facility. We were responsible for the full detailed design for the fit out, minimising initial out-turn costs and creating a phased development.

Greencore New Sushi Facility

We assisted Greencore with finding a site that would suit a new sushi production facility. Our feasibility team helped develop a design that worked well within the site and allowed the client a more efficient production process. As well as construction of the building, we commissioned and installed the new equipment.

Abergavenny Fine Foods New Production Facility

A new chilled production facility built after a fire devastated the old facilities. We were involved from the feasibility stage, working with the client to design their building. Along with full construction, we also coordinated and installed the new equipment.
