Convatec Processing and Packing Facility

A controlled environment was constructed in to support the development of the Deeside Hydrofiber Centre of Excellence and enable the planned consolidation of Hydrofiber Textiling.

Eisai New Packaging Hall Extension

Eisai needed a standalone extension to operate as a packing hall. The need for minimal connection to the existing building was to ensure there was no cross-contamination risk. Our team constructed the building as well as a new plant room and fitout of areas to a EU GMP Grade D. We completed the project on time and on budget to an outstanding quality.

GSK Manufacturing Facility

The client wanted to increase production by improving process flow and facilities to manufacturing. We worked closely with the client team to collaboratively develop a design of a new extension for the plant and a full refit of the existing production area. The site maintained full production during the construction period which meant a close working relationship with the client was vital.
