I wanted to thank the TSL team for the great delivery of the Syrups Manufacturing pro-ject. Worthing is a challenging site to deliver projects in, and added to that myself, who had never before run a project, made this project even more difficult when added to the cost con-straint and the fact that the avail-able downtime was very tight.

GSK wanted to increase production by improving the process flow and facilities to manufacturing, as well as a new installation of all supporting process utilities and industrial utilities including HVAC, LEV, CVC and purified water; also the delivery, installation and validated connection of an IBC wash booth to improve compliance.

This brief was delivered through the collaborative design of a new extension for plant, extension to manufacturing to improve process flow and hygiene facilities and a full re-fit of the existing production area.
High care construction was essential in maintaining GMP integrity of surrounding areas, with an absolute minimum impact on production. TSL also provided full commissioning services and validation up to IQ.

The site maintained full production during the construction period.

Our Collaborative working model was key to the success of this project and all parties were delighted that production recommenced on schedule for the client.

TSL were involved in a number of projects on this site including a Sterile vial filling facility with a Grade A filling suite.
