Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate must be able to commercially lead and manage multiple projects ranging from £10m up to £60m in value or single projects in excess of £100m.

Reporting to their assigned Commercial Manager, the successful candidate must be able to commercially lead and manage projects ranging from £10m to £40m in value.

Reporting to the assigned Commercial Manager and working alongside the Project Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will provide assistance to the Commercial Managers/Quantity Surveyors across all aspects of Commercial Management during the life cycle of the Project.
