This 130,000 sq ft new build facility was constructed on a brownfield site, with TSL taking the design forward from RIBA Stage 3 under a Design and Build contract.

TSL were fully responsible for all aspects of design and construction, including project and site management, cost and schedule control, contracts, procurement & administration,

In addition to the construction of the facility, TSL managed equipment installation in the ISO 7 & 8 cleanroom areas.

Commissioning and validation of the facility was also in TSL’s scope
