Sensient Spray Drying Facility

This new spray drying and blending facility for Sensient involved process transfer and equipment relocation from another client facility.

TSL provided full design from URS through to design, construction, commissioning and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of the entire facility, including explosion relief for the spray dryer, a full controls system, plant rooms, and the integration and installation of utilities and services.

EHS, project and site management, cost and schedule controls, contracts, procurement and administration were all under TSL control.
