Sanofi Propellant Project

TSL were awarded the design management and construction of every aspect of a new propellant process system, together with project and site management, cost and schedule controls, and contracts, procurement and administration.

Utilities and services were also delivered as part of the scope, followed by commissioning and validation of the system.

This project had particularly challenging constructability issues, which required careful planning and collaborative stakeholder management within a live cleanroom environment.
