TSL delivered the full design management and construction of a new intraocular lens cleanroom manufacturing facility, which served as the HQ for Rayner.
TSL scope included design and installation of bespoke process equipment, including milling and lathe machines for lens cutting, tumble polishing equipment, and rinsing and hydration lines.
In addition to all utilities and services, TSL constructed, fitted out, commissioned and validated all rooms (Grade D to A) and process equipment through DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. TSL also handled project and site management, cost and schedule controls, contracts, procurement and administration, including the final handover of the completed facility to Rayner.
