TSL were fully responsible for the design and construction of this facility from start to finish, covering site management, cost and schedule controls, contracts, procurement and administration.
Grade A and D classified cleanrooms and fit-out were part of the scope, which included a number of constructability challenges, including demolition in a live environment and the casting of machine track inbuilt floors with minimal tolerance allowances.
In addition to the clean production spaces, TSL delivered a three-storey plant extension, utilities and services, all of which were commissioned and validated prior to handover.
