TSL provided full design, from user requirement specification (URS) through to validation, along with complete construction delivery, all within Eisai's live facility.
The project created Grade D cleanroom suites for the packaging of oncology medicines, plus changing rooms and a plant room, with new services and utilities integrated into the existing site.
Project and site management, cost and schedule controls, and contracts, procurement and administration were all part of TSL's role, and the work concluded with commissioning and validation of the facility.
