Convatec Hydrofibre Production Facility

Convatec brought in TSL to replace a previous general contractor and complete this medical wound dressing facility, along with its sister site at Deeside.

TSL designed and built the silver hydrocell production facility, covering process control systems, BMS, pipework, HVAC, chemicals transfer, utilities, purified water, clean steam generation and civil works.

Project controls spanned cost, schedule and risk management, with TSL also managing contracts and procurement.
